deprive people of living life to the fullest. People, therefore, need

Identify the worst thing that you are going through at the moment.
Think about those things that make you feel bad, sad or fearful. As you think
about it, allow yourself to identify where in your body you feel that
particular negative emotion.
Some people feel it in their stomach, throat, or arms; some women
feel it between their breasts, while most men store it at the top of their
stomach. It is necessary to identify where you feel the negative emotion in
your body.
It is important to notice the direction to which the emotion
moves. For instance, you may feel nervous. When nervous, the emotion revolves
around the stomach. As you have this feeling twitching your stomach, take note
of what you are seeing in the eye of your mind. Do your best to manage the
mental picture conjured up as a result of what you are feeling.
