Job Title: Senior Officer, Business Development

Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities:
·         Monitor the National Housing Fund (NHF) platform
·         Manage your own diary in order to organize and prioritize daily/weekly goals to give report on activities
·         Bring in new users/organizations to embrace the e-collection business of Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN)
·         Deepen existing relationships
·         Follow through with other assigned responsibilities on NHF business and ensure there is coordination with all stakeholders especially the
·         Take ownership of other assigned duties
·         Maintain customers’ relationships and ensure loyalty through topnotch customer service delivery
·         Understand the working operations of NHFs and establish a clear cut approach to serving them, articulately and confidently.

Required Experience: 3-5 years

·         Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:
·         B.Sc. in related discipline
·         Minimum of Second Class Upper
·         Banking Relationship Management Experience
·         Prior Experience in Financial Services, Sales and Highly IT & Computer savvy
·         Fluent in Hausa
·         Male, willing to travel 70% of work time
·         Ability to think strategically and motivate self
·         Innovative & Creative Thinker

Basic Skills:
·         Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written
·         Good analytical skills and the ability to impart detailed data to others
·         Interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with other employees at all levels
·         Possesses a methodical, systematic approach with a good eye for details
·         Ability to deliver by planning work and setting targets, for the achievement of objectives
